Join Amazon Web Services (AWS) for a fun, educational and virtual AWS DeepRacer event which is running in conjunction with the AWS She Builds program. Get behind your keyboard for an immersive experience with AWS DeepRacer, a 1/18th scale race car. AWS DeepRacer uses Reinforcement Learning (RL) which is an advanced Machine Learning (ML) technique that takes a very different approach to training models. Experiment with using advanced learning techniques that help you make short-term decisions while optimising for a longer term goal. All builders are welcome and no prior machine learning or development experience is required to participate!

Join us for this interactive 3-part event:

• 1 October (Learning Session & Workshop)
  Join us for an online learning session where developers with no prior machine learning experience can acquire new skills and dive deep into Reinforcement Learning (RL) and AWS DeepRacer.
• 1-7 October (Qualifying Race)
  You're now trained and ready to compete! Take your model and compete in a virtual race to qualify for the virtual race day. The top 10 racers from the virtual race will have their model tested on an AWS DeepRacer. This qualifying competition will be completed on your own in the AWS console.
• 8 October (Live Race)
  Join us for the live race day to watch the top 10 racers from the virtual qualifier compete in a live AWS DeepRacer track. The race will be followed by a panel discussion featuring diverse leaders from AWS.
