This session will look at commercial databases, specifically Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server, and how software and technology businesses use and manage these databases in AWS and how their customers can similarly use an AWS cloud deployment approach. The session will highlight the benefits of migrating and modernising your commercial database workloads in the AWS especially around right-sizing, agility, scale and resilience. The session will also provide insights into licensing considerations with the AWS migration patterns for both Oracle and SQL Server.
