According to Rackspace, the lack of cloud talent and slow innovation can cost enterprises as much as USD258 million a year in lost revenues. A wide gender gap in the existing technology workforce exacerbates this skills crisis. Engaging women in the workplace and helping more women break into cloud careers is more critical than ever. However, taking the first step into new terrirories can be intimidating. Cloud Seeders is a cloud learning community for women, built by women.
