Cloud Financial Management (CFM) is a discipline that combines tools, processes and practices to manage and optimize cloud costs. Done right, CFM helps organizations ensure that they are meeting business objectives without unnecessary expense. AWS partnered with 451 Research to better understand the impact of CFM. The survey of 500 enterprise decision-makers found that CFM doesn’t just lower IT costs—enterprises that adopted CFM practices also saw increased revenue, operational resilience, profitability, and staff productivity.
